Junsoo Kwon DMD
Dr. Junsoo Kwon received his Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology & Neuroscience and Psychology from Rutgers University. He then received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He further engages in advanced dental education through various postdoctoral courses in all aspects of dentistry and holds membership in a number of prestigious organizations including Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Kwon practices general dentistry for all ages and population with a strong background in evidence-based dentistry and patient empowerment through communication. It is his professional commitment to delivering excellent and satisfactory dental service to his patients through continuous learning.
Prachaya Charoenkitkarn DDS
Dr. Cha received his D.M.D. from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, graduating with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Cha is a Thai Canadian who is fluent in both Thai and English. He received his honors bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from York University in Toronto, Canada. He is a member of American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Cha prides himself in patient-centered dental care where he prioritizes patients’ needs and concerns. During his free time, Dr. Cha likes to be active and plays sports or explores nature.
Heejeong Son DMD
Dr. Son completed her undergraduate education at University of Notre Dame and received her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She entered the field of dentistry because of her passion and desire for creating beautiful smiles that look and feel confident. She strives to improve patient’s confidence with various skin therapies (Neurotoxin, Filler and Lifting) and she has been dedicated to taking continuing education courses on facial esthetics.
She truly believes in patient centered care in which she works with you to choose the treatment that best suits your needs. With her soft touch and engaging personality, Dr. Son maintains high standards in patient care. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending her time with her dogs, Kuma and Woong.
Beckie – Dental Hygienist
Beckie is a grad of Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists and has a degree from Northeastern University. She is committed to the overall health and well being of her patients and delivers exceptional periodontal therapy. In her spare time, she volunteers at the New England Aquarium.

Kaitlyn – Receptionist
Kaitlyn is the friendly face at the front desk of a busy dental office, where she helps keep things running smoothly and makes sure every patient feels right at home. She loves what she does—being part of a team that brings smiles to people’s faces every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at the beach, lost in a good book, or planning her next travel adventure. She’s all about sunshine, stories, and exploring new places (even if it’s just a new coffee shop around the corner). Life’s too short not to enjoy the little things—and she tries to soak up every moment she can!
Bon – Manager of Operations
Bon is the Operations Manager at Ipswich Bay Dental. He graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. He joined the team in 2023. Bon strives to minimize financial stress for patients while educating them on the importance of dental treatment.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and watching sports. He also has a small Havapoo named Soondae, which means “Korean sausage.”
