Case Overview
The patient had been living with existing bridgework for many years and had gone an extended period without regular dental care. By the time she visited our office, portions of the existing restorations had broken down, infection was present, and several teeth had become periodontally hopeless.
A detailed examination showed that the upper and lower arches required different approaches. Some of the existing upper implants and teeth remained stable enough to preserve. The lower arch, however, had deteriorated to the point that a complete implant-supported solution offered the most predictable long-term outcome.
